Debra Young
I have been with Landmark Design since its inception. I have had the opportunity to work with many landscape architects over the years, and have formed wonderful friendships. Working at Landmark Design is a pleasure, with continuous educational opportunities. Not only have I been able to master every aspect of running a business efficiently, I have also learned names of plants appropriate to our region, their characteristics, and their proper use in the landscape.
Away from Landmark Design, my family is the most important thing to me and I enjoy spending as much time as possible with them. My hobbies include golfing, traveling, and bird watching in my backyard. I love history and have completed two family history books, both of which pertains to my roots in Wayne County, Utah. This beautiful country is the gateway to Capitol Reef National Monument. Most recently the Utah Historical Society published an article I wrote titled "World War II Comes to Wayne County" in the Fall 2010 issue. |
