_Landmark Design completed Site Development and Landscape Guidelines for this 38-acre mixed-use, university-affiliated research and development campus located in Logan and North Logan, Utah.  The guidelines address streets and streetscapes, pedestrian corridors, tenant on-site development, landscape design, lighting and site furnishings, and signing.  Innovation Campus is master planned with designated pedestrian corridors, a Grand Avenue, high-image streets, public gathering areas, and development parcels – all of which are addressed in the guidelines.  Landmark Design worked closely with the Campus Facility Advisory Council in the development of the guidelines, which were adopted in September 2005.
