Landmark Design is currently heading a team of engineers in the preparation of a park master plan and construction documents for a 30+ acre park.  Approximately half of the park is currently established, while the remainder is new development.  Working closely with City staff and a neighborhood steering committee, the decision was made to relocate existing disk golf activities to another site, thereby opening the new park for sports fields and other uses.

The master plan preserves an existing wetland, parking area and other established uses, complementing them with two new baseball/soccer fields, new restrooms, parking, playground, trails, and other uses.  The master plan will soon be presented to the Municipal Council for their input, with construction documents and specifications slated for completion in summer 2008.
