Highway 75, Timmerman to Ketchum - Landmark Design, Inc.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team headed by Parsons Brinckerhoff, Landmark Design is responsible for land use analysis and planning, and recreation and visual resource planning for the scenic corridor between the Timmerman Junction and the resort area of Ketchum/Sun Valley. We have documented existing land uses for Blaine County and five municipalities in the county and are currently working with economic planners, traffic and transportation planners, and community groups to develop future land use scenarios and transportation alternatives. The project is expected to extend through 2004 and will result in a Final Environmental Impact Statement.
