Landmark Design prepared a unique landscape design for the Ogden Intermodal Transit Center. The design ties the new intermodal site with the nearby historic Union Station to form a green and pedestrian-friendly place in the downtown Wall Street Business District.

Utilizing a broad palette of trees, shrubs and other plant materials to reduce the scale of large parking and bus circulation areas, the design features the reuse of construction demolition materials as sculptural berms and specialty paving zones. A sensory garden for blind users provides a place to smell and touch carefully-selected flowers and herbs, while providing an "outdoor training room" for blind students to learn how to maneuver along city streets. Landmark Design was specifically responsible for design of landscape master planning, paving and fencing design, landscape design and irrigation design.

The Ogden Intermodal Transit Center was completed in 2002.
