Landmark Design worked with Weber County and Envision Utah to prepare a General Plan and Policy Document for West Weber County. Landmark Design, along with InterPlan Company, transportation planners, has presented a Draft Plan that addresses specific policies and actions based on alternatives developed through an intensive public workshop process. The plan recommends a variety of implementation and regulatory tools, and analyzes their appropriateness and feasibility.

The Plan was adopted in 2003.
