Salt Lake City Bicycle Pedestrian Plan

partnered with a transportation planning consultant to complete a Bicycle and
Pedestrian Master Plan for Salt Lake
City. The tasks included an inventory and evaluation
of existing facilities, identification of deficiencies and needed improvements
and links, development of a list of projects with cost estimates and
recommended priorities based on continuity, opportunity, safety and cost, and
education strategies for decision-makers as well as the general public.
Landmark Design's specific tasks included inventory and mapping of existing conditions; assistance with facilitation of public, steering committee and council/commission meetings; analysis of opportunities, constraints and alignment alternatives; and provided support during the approval process. Landmark Design was also responsible for all mapping and sketches produced for the Plan.
