Wasatch Boulevard Master Plan
The Wasatch Boulevard Master Plan is a project led by the City of Cottonwood Heights that will guide the future evolution
of Wasatch Boulevard and the communities it serves.
The Plan focuses on the corridor between Interstate 215 and the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon and addresses transportation, land use, and other aspects of the communities along the corridor. The project is a partnership with Wasatch Front Regional Council in collaboration with the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), Utah Transit Authority (UTA), Sandy City, City of Holladay, Salt Lake County, and other stakeholders.
This planning effort will paint a comprehensive picture of the corridor; develop a long-range vision for the corridor; and
develop strategies to achieve the vision.
A second Open House was held on Monday, March 19, 2018. A Project Overview, Corridor Concepts, and Alternative Corridor Concepts were presented. Public attendees were encouraged to provide feedback through a "Report Card" available at the meeting.
If you were not able attend, please take the time to review the Project Overview, Scenario 1, Scenario 2, Scenario 3, and the Scenario Evaluation, all of which can be found on the right side of this page under Project Information. After reviewing, please take few minutes to complete the online "Report Card" so we can obtain as much feedback as possible. This can also be found on the right side of this webpage.
NOTE that the scenarios and concepts are NOT definitive plans, only IDEAS at this point.
