The Landmark Design Team just completed the Clearfield Station Area Plan Update, which was originally prepared in 2019. The new plan updates the vision, details, and design guidelines for the Clearfield Station Area, while addressing subsequent site and development changes and new planning requirements recently established by the State of Utah. Whereas the 2019 plan established a vision for the UTA-owned property directly adjacent to the station, the 2024 plan focuses on the transformation of underdeveloped properties within a half-mile of station to create a greater mixed-use transit-oriented district. The 2024 station area plan also incorporates new visioning and design elements from the Station Master Development Plan (MDP).
