Landmark Design worked with architect Blalock Partners in the design of a new civic campus downtown Farmington. Anchored by the renovation of the historic Davis County Administration, building, anew Library and the Childrens Justice Center (CJC) complete the project, resulting in an attractive new civic campus for Davis County.
Our focus was on master site planning, site development, parking layout, pedestrian paths, landscape design, and other unique treatments for the new campus focused on the development of a sustainable and regionally-appropriate landscape. Landmark Design completed landscape and irrigation drawings for this important civic and cultural facility. Special design input was placed on three entry plazas, courtyards for the library and CJC, small educational gardens for the library, and a complete waterwise landscape treatment. Landmark Design also provided construction administration for the project, which opened in 2014. |
