Location: Clearfield, Utah Year: 2019, 2024 Award: Utah Chapter American Society of Landscape Architects Award of Merit (2020) Lessons Learned: Don’t get ahead of the underlying site conditions as you strive for establishing a truly great station. The Murray site has significant site development conditions, highlighted by EPA-designated brownfields that prohibit the inclusion of residential uses in proximity to the station. Once this condition was clearly documented and the implications understood, expectations were adjusted and a unique station design created in response to those critical findings. |
