February 8, 2022: After further review by City staff, the Draft Plan has been updated and presented to the Planning Commission in advance of the adoption process. You can view a copy of the plan at the link on the right of this page under Planning Documents.
July 6, 2021: An initial Draft Plan has been created and is under review from City staff. March 25, 2021: Landmark Design has refined a land use concept and presented it to the advisory committee. The committee provided comment on the concept and recommended it move forward for further detailing as part of the Draft Plan. August 27, 2020: The advisory committee held its second meeting to review the results of the public engagement and a preliminary existing conditions analysis. The discussion focused on guiding principles for the land use plan moving forward. Landmark Design will begin developing preliminary concepts to review with city staff. July 1, 2020: Online public engagement is now open through August 9th! June 24, 2020: The initial meeting of the advisory committee was held to introduce the project to the committee and to discuss project scoping. The discussion focused on using online public engagement to facilitate feedback from residents during COVID-19. April 14, 2020: A project kickoff meeting was held with city staff and the planning team. The selection of an advisory committee for the project was discussed, and future meetings for this committee will be determined in the near future. |
